WGC - Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Waverley Garden Club will be held at 8pm on Friday October 7, 2022 at our usual venue, Mt Waverley Community Centre in Miller Pde.

Agenda items:

   1.  Adoption of minutes of previous AGM  - WGC AGM 2021 minutes

   2.  President’s report

   3.  Treasurer’s report

   4.  Election of Committee and Office Bearers for 2021-22

   5.  Adoption of Motions:  None received as yet

All current committee members have agreed to continue.  Any club member who would like to nominate for committee, either in an executive or a general member capacity, would be welcome to do so.  Nomination forms will be available electronically via our website or in hard copy by phoning Minute Secretary Gill Read on 0409568422.  Club involvement at any level, either on or off committee, is always welcome. Members who cannot attend the AGM can vote by proxy, by post or email.  Forms will be available electronically via our website https://www.waverleygardenclub.com or in hard copy by contacting Minute Secretary Gill Read on 0409568422 and requesting a form be mailed to you.  Just a reminder that you do need to be a financial or life member to vote.
