Speakers: Mary Tai and Steve Cramer

Our next meeting heralds the start of Spring, and comes right after our August Festival, so the vibe should be buzzing!  We are in for a very entertaining and informative night as Mary Tai and Steve Cramer take the floor.

We are in for a learning treat, with Mary Tai taking us through the conversion of her tennis court to a produce garden.  She will take us through what worked well, and not so well.   We will be opening up a forum to the membership to throw in solutions to address some of the problems Mary is having with her veges and fruit trees.       

Then as we enter spring, we know it is time to fertilise.   Steve Cramer has had a ball extensively researching the natural manures (otherwise known as poo), and how they should be used in the garden.  He will take us through a fabulous slide show of information.

Once again, we will have opportunity for questions and suggestions from our members.      Time: 7.30pm for an 8.00pm start

• WGC Meetings February to December (Xmas dinner) each year
• Monthly Newsletters are emailed to members, or a hard copy can be posted for an additional fee.
• Floral Art and Bonsai groups are affiliated with the club, 
• Free use of a comprehensive library
• Trading table at meetings where you can buy and sell plants
• Information about the annual Garden & Floral Art Festival 
• New members pay a once-off joining fee that includes a badge.
